🛒 1. Order Cancellation
Once your payment is completed and the digital PSD file has been delivered (either by download or direct access), the order becomes non-cancellable.
Digital items are delivered instantly, and thus, cannot be reversed like physical products.
💸 2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable under very specific and rare circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase:
If you accidentally purchased the same PSD template more than once, please notify us — we’ll verify the transaction and initiate a refund for the duplicate item. - Technical Download Issues:
If you’re unable to access or download your purchased file due to a technical fault on our end, please contact us promptly for support or a possible refund.
⚠️ Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, design preference, or file compatibility issues.

- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Reason for your refund request
We’ll respond within 48 hours.
⏳ 4. Processing Timeline
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
🔒 5. Non-Refundable Items
All successfully delivered digital PSDs are non-refundable.
We highly recommend reading the product description, format requirements, and compatibility notes before placing an order.
